Palm Beach County’s economic resilience in the face of unprecedented challenges to highlight launch of second edition of Invest: Palm Beach 2020.

Palm Beach County, FL. – In this time of uncertainty, it is crucial to showcase the strength and overall resilience of the local community and economy. Invest: Palm Beach 2020 does just that. Compiled after eight months of thoroughly researched analysis, the second edition of Invest: Palm Beach 2020 highlights the opportunities in Palm Beach County’s economy through C-level insider insights and key business intelligence. Known for its advantageous tax climate, diversifying industries and highly amenitized Downtown areas, Palm Beach County is poised to continue its reputation as the Wall Street of the South while maintaining its population growth even through current coronavirus-related challenges. These challenges and the steps taken to overcome them are just some of the focal points in this edition of Invest: Palm Beach, published by Capital Analytics. The 2020 edition highlights economic activity throughout the metro area, and includes a special focus chapter on the Village of Wellington.

The official launch of the publication will take place on Thursday, Nov. 12, at 11:30 a.m. via Zoom Webinar. The panels will address the current economic climate as well as prevailing themes dominating Palm Beach County’s economy, mainly development opportunities in the region and the importance of community engagement  in driving growth. 

Moderated by Palm Beach County Department of Planning, Zoning & Building Executive Director Ramsay Buckley, the panel, Innovation in Development: Finding opportunity in an unprecedented time, will feature REG Architects President Rick Gonzalez, Brookwood Group Senior Vice President Mark Troen, Crocker Partners Senior Vice President Brett Reese, and Broward, Palm Beaches &St. Lucie Realtors® CEO Dionna Hall. The panel, Cultivating economic and community engagement to drive growth, will feature Gunster CEO & Managing Shareholder H. William Perry, West Palm Beach DDA Executive Director Raphael Clemente, Palm Beach Gardens Director of Planning and Zoning Natalie Crowley, Delray Beach CRA Executive Director Renee Jadusingh, and Village of Wellington Deputy Village Manager Jim Barnes. 

Hundreds of high-level guests and officials from Palm Beach County’s key industries and economic institutions will be tuning into the event.
